Our Story

When company founder John Hanley decided to buy a  fledgling shredding and records management company from its previous owner in 2013, he had big plans. His first order of business was to bring colleague Lindy Fritz on board. Together, they worked tirelessly to turn John’s vision into a reality.

Today, Federal Records & Management & Shredding is a thriving business that offers document shredding and records management services throughout northern and central Indiana – and beyond. Their goal is simple: To help you safely manage and destroy your sensitive documents with an unparalleled level of customer service. (And yes, five-star Yelp reviews are always welcome!)
